Omg you update stuff! D:
Panoramas are hard to do, I tried once but the camera went asshole on me. All shots got a nice dark-light gradient from right to left. Yay!
Agh yeah, I always seem to get those too, unless I'm somewhere where the lighting is actually the same all over (ie. seldom )...taken a ton of pics of my town, but they all look silly due to bent edges and that fricking gradient, yeah :/
Yeah, I tried to even things out but it dindt work very well. Now that I think about it you should be able tocreate a new layer with a black&white gradient on it and hac it around a little so it looks fine all over... Gonna try that some time
Also, I had a dream about making a panorama of my street this morning
Obviously it was a prophetic dream, now go forth and do!
And usually I really cba to actually do stuff with the photos, since they're just random pics I snap with the phone while waiting for bus or walking to work or whatev...and Photoshop skillz have gone waaay downhill anyway, it's sad really

Now it's time for October 2008 Visual Art Features, many new art to discover!
Don't forget that many artists need to be viewed, they deserve it! Fave Fave Fave! My main purpose in doing a monthly feature about (to my point of view) 'the best visual art' is to put in the same level as well wellknown artists and popular creations as unknown artists and under-exposed creations. Artists need to be supported. So don't be shy!
Visit their pages, support them by faving, commenting, and when you see a deviation that you like also view their gallery entirely, like that you can decide if you will devwatch them or not. Viewing only a deviation (what is great) is not enough

To celebrate the release of the exciting new Prince of Persia game, Ubisoft has teamed with the creative brilliance of deviantART's Community to blow the walls off this amazing contest (UK residents only).
First, I wanted to do a "rainbow feature", like in my previous articles, but due to the HUGE number of pics... I'll make a few articles. First of the series-RED . Enjoy ! =BellalleB
With a record level of nominations and suggestions on an almost daily basis, it would be hard to ignore the community call to recognise such a fine example of a deviant as `snowmask. Her constant presence since the formative years of deviantART has never wavered, demonstrating a natural ability to seek out and motivate those in need.
Katie's beautifully delicate artworks are elegant and instantly recognisable due to her finely tuned creative style, a clear reflection of her personality. With a multitude of journals which are thought provoking, funny and resourceful, it's impossible not to be touched by such a bright light in our community. Congratulati... Read More
